2012

List of upcoming meetings in 2012

Milestones in the Federal process will enable the opportunities to further access the viability of refinements to the Diversion Project. Those milestones include:

1. The signing of the Record of Decision. (Occurred in April 2012)

2. The decisions by Congress on whether to authorize and fund construction of the project. (As soon as late 2012, but more likely in 2013.)

2013

Construction could begin as soon as the spring of 2014, and is expected to take several years to complete.
